Peeking down Park Avenue on Upper East Side in Manhattan

Busy weekend !

We partook in the 37th annual salmon BBQ-a University of Washington alumni event in Chappaqua. Was great to take a day off , enjoying a summer weekend and simply gorgeous grounds- we didn't partake of swimming or tennis, but I did relax poolside before our food was served. Gracious hosts, wonderful university staff , alums and their spouses , significant others and siblings ! We event watched the World Cup game in the cabana - thanks to my Sprint Mifi (which to me still rocks - one of the coolest gadgets ! ) they were able to stream the game on a laptop and connect it to a TV) - it had been thought it was wired for net access...but ....

A relaxing Saturday and then a busy real estate Sunday. One open house- for a fabulous luxury condo- over 3000sf internal space and over 1400sf wrap terrace ! And then off to the office, for a bit of quiet desk work, prepping for a short but busy week ahead , and more client searches for some rental clients !

And that view of the Met Life - one of my favorites. In the past two days I've been along the northern part of park avenue , while riding the Metro North Train (which emerges at 97th and park avenue) then to be walking in the heart of the Upper East side, to think that just a few blocks away you are approaching the heart of midtown commerce. To think that a few blocks away there was to have been an auction at the Roosevelt Hotel for the M127 condos- anxiously await reading how that went.....

Just another weekend in the city . Attempting to balance personal life and professional life. Til the next time. Always at your service .
